Before the Wuhan virus the US had three years of economic boom and a prior three years of an OK economy. So, during the nine years since the Great Recession why wasnt the State of Illinois replenishing the IDES unemployment funding?

It is interesting how it is the Germans who take the first stand against the COVID scam with their 20,000+ march in Berlin on Saturday.
