A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Lard A** would not know the “science” if it bit him on his rather large back side.
There never was any “science” it was for Illinois to comply.
Fabian Socialist is the more appropriate term.

And he thinks that this is all everyone else’s fault–If he can find a mirror that is big enough for the ego and the girth perhaps he should look at one to see who is at fault.
