HB 910 would allow any megaproject involving an investment of $500 million or more to negotiate a freeze on its property tax assessment.

And Indiana passed it’s bill in record time, that alone should tell the Bears where they would be best LONG TERM, Illinois has no long term future.

I guess the negotiation tactic of “The Bears will never leave Chicago” worked about as well as “Citadel will never leave Chicago” and “Caterpillar and Boeing will never leave Illinois”. Idiots and morons.
