U.S. Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi, filing his petition to run for the U.S. Senate next year, told reporters outside the Illinois State Board of Elections he would not tell the General Assembly what to do, but congressional maps should be fair across the country. “If the Republicans are going to rig certain states against Democrats, then we need to act to neutralize it,” Krishnamoorthi said.
As if the democrats have gerrymandered Illinois into a jigsaw puzzle to eliminate any Republicans being elected into the state houses

Just call me Raj needs to go. He doesn’t realize that he is supposed to represent all IL citizens, not just Democrats. I have zero representation in IL. My state representative is a Chicago Democrat who doesn’t even know the name of my town. My US congressman is from the western burbs and probably doesn’t know where my town is either. Then there are 2 far left socialist senators who only represent Democrats. There is already no representation for Independent or Republican voters in IL. Raj, just leave IL.

It is so infuriating, appalling, that Illinois Democrat run to every microphone to complain about gerrymandering when they are elected to one of the most gerrymandered states in the Union. They know they are being hypocrites and they just don’t care. They point to South Dakota and Wyoming each with one congressional seat as being examples of Republican gerrymandering. They really think you’re that stupid. And they’re probably right.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
