Illinois House committee approves student teacher stipend plan – WAND (Decatur)

A plan moving in the House would require the Illinois Board of Higher Education to distribute a stipend of up to $10,000 per semester for student teachers. Advocates estimate the new stipend program could cost between $54-$60 million.

I wonder do all Illinois politicians go to magician school to learn how to pull money out of there ass-s. We’re is all this money going to come from, within 2 years Illinois is going to have a massive fire sale.
