Hope the insurance companies don’t cover a drug considered unsafe, they certainly have a right to that. JB needs to pay for this with his Billions and not further milk the residents of the state.

Insurance companies remove drugs from their formulary if they are deemed unsafe by the FDA unless the FDA establishes some emergency protocols for limited use. They would be taking money out of their pocket to pay for the drug as well as exposing their organization to legal and financial liabilities. Also, if the FDA deems a product “unsafe” and removes it from the market, Illinois doesn’t possess the legal ability to bring it back. Where would the state buy such a drug if the FDA doesn’t allow manufacturers to sell it? This bill is for virtue signaling only and shouldn’t… Read more »

Some drugs are taken off the market in the first 5 years because new or unknown side effects are found when they are used over a larger market. That is why people should try to wait a few years before you try a new drug if possible. Think Vioxx or Bextra.

The Democratic Party is owned by Satan and presents Death. Their hatred of western civilization stands in contrast to the pro growth party of JFK. Porky Pig must really hate POC and wants them erased. He also pushes sexual depravity to reduce the white population.

Good. I love that Democrats kill their own children. My opinion on abortion has changed over time. Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
