Illinois law will release those charged with second-degree murder without bail – The Counter Signal

Will County State’s Attorney James Glasgow said he, police, and judges will all have their “hands tied” once the law takes effect. “You’ve got legislators who aren’t lawyers, you’ve got legislators who weren’t criminal lawyers,” he said. “Trying to read all that in two days. It was impossible.”

The Dems will soon deem it a felony to call a criminal a criminal.
They must be referred to as social justice warriors, murdering, assaulting, robbing for social justice.
this is not hyperbole.
this is literally the definition of social justice.

First degree murder has been downgraded to second degree murder which has been demoted to involuntary manslaughter which the defense is it was the bullets fault not mine or just having a bad day but only for certain individuals.

Don’t give anyone a free pass with the excuse they didn’t have time to read what they were voting for. This is part of the master plan, and Dems are all in. Since the dementia ridden puppet Biden was installed as a figure head the country has been racing towards the bottom. The media can no longer be viewed as complicit, they are active participants as they bury any story that doesn’t fit the narrative. Winter is coming.

Second degree murderers are presumed innocent. The constitution says so. Why shouldn’t they be let out of jail with on bail? The needed to be free to commit more crime. That’s equity.
