Illinois’ minimum wage will increase Monday to nearly twice the federal minimum and well above most neighboring states. The minimum wage is $7.25 an hour in Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky and Wisconsin. Missouri’s minimum wage increases to $12.30 on Monday.
