As I watch my former home enter a self-induced coma, I’ve concluded that Illinois’ politicians are placing all of their bets on a Democratic sweep next November and a massive federal bailout next January. Sadly, their bets may pay as the Republicans prepare to nominate Trump for a third run.
Don’t listen to any of the pundits who say “Trump can’t win!” He lost by 42,000 votes in three states that all stopped counting at the same time, and then resumed counting several hours later. Biden is awful and everyone knows it.
