A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Another good thing about dope in IL is that opioid addiction rates are far lower in states with legal marijuana. It’s way, way better to be pot fiend than a heroin or oxy addict. These massive sales might be from people who otherwise might be buying the hard stuff on the street.
