Also, there has been a 12% reduction in the overall jail population, dwindling from 5,531 a year ago to the current 4,846.

The success’ will be measured in a year or two from now as this is not an instantaneous thing but rather builds upon itself as multiple offenders continuously multiply.
If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
