Maybe ordinary citizens need to get a Jeep like in the Rat Patrol fitted with a Browning M2 HB 50MM Aircraft gun. Just to defend ourselves (not for offense) when we need to get a gallon of milk from the store. Expressways are starting to look like something from MAD MAX.
