She herself is aware. She’s also aware that those she’s pandering to aren’t.
Fraudulent loans and lax lending standards always increases property prices until the game of the ‘whose the greater fool’ ends. I personally know too many people who’ve played the property ladder game on the south side. sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you just walk away..
