Excellent article with reference links. IL doing the minimum to finally comply with SCOTUS ruling, when being one of the worst offenders, is pathetic. People have literally been robbed of their homes by ‘tax sales’. Getting back their home equity after debts should be the least that needs to happen.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
