But the bigger issue, it seems with Chicago, municipalities & counties recent attempts to regulate bussing of “new arrival” migrants and put up signs in Grundy county, etc is these attempts may run afoul or skirt fine line of States own sanctuary Illinois Trust Act & Voice Act laws.
