He isn’t smart enough to know that if you chase out the majority of the actual tax payers and you chase away tourism and business in the City…there is no “revenue” for him to spend on his “programs”. Perhaps this guy should focus on making the City safe and protect businesses…then he can “get his money”. What an absolute joke.
