Judge bars ICE from acting against ‘protestors,’ ‘rapid response’ activists – Legal Newsline

A Chicago federal judge has barred federal agents from U.S. Border Patrol and ICE from conducting crowd control actions anywhere in northern Illinois as part of ongoing immigration enforcement operations, unless the federal agents can prove so-called "protestors" are posing a danger to their lives or the lives of others, or could result in a "catastrophic outcomes."

ICE brings some of this on itself by providing no transparency and regular updates as to who has been detained and why. If they were consistently doing so, itd help the public, which by a large margin supports detaining illegals who are criminals, to know whether ICE is acting properly. Conversely, so too should Pritzker, Preckwinkle, Johnson communicate with the Trump administration to cooperate with the removal of illegals who are criminals. You and this judge clearly need to be reminded of what the constitution does say:

The Supremacy Clause found in article VI, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution states that any state laws that directly conflict with Federal law are invalid.

State judges are bound to uphold Federal law even if it contradicts state laws or state Constitution.

Federal Law is the “Supreme Law of the Land”
