Judge declares Illinois’ gun ban unconstitutional – Center Square

A Macon County judge has declared Illinois’ gun ban and registry unconstitutional, setting up a direct appeal to the Illinois Supreme Court. The move means the law is not enforceable statewide pending appeal, according to attorney Jerry Stocks, who represents state Rep. Dan Caulkins in his challenge to the ban.

This absolutely unconstitutional law will now go to the Illinois Supreme Court where democrat judges hold a 5-2 advantage. Will they ignore the orders from their masters, the democratic party and uphold the ruling or will they obey and reverse the ruling and uphold the new law? Uphold and the case goes to the federal courts, appellate courts and eventually USCS all the time burning hundreds of thousands of tax payer money to fight what will be a losing cause. Of course the IL Supreme Court will find the gun grabber law constitutional. It’s a foregone conclusion. Just as they will find the SAFE-T Act 100% constitutional with some twisted and demented libtard logic.
