This is a deliberate “justice” system slow-walk. The goal of this is process is to take so much time that Burke, madigan and their fellow co-conspirators die before jail time. It is part of the disgusting two tiered legal system. one for Democrats and one for youze chumbolones.

The usual tactic. Drag things out for years and then declare the thieving politician too old, too sick to stand trial. Begging the court for humanitarian reasons the charges may be dismissed and slime ball walks.
