Judge rules Martinez has legally protected interest to continue CTU contract talks – WGNTV (Chicago)

CPS CEO Pedro Martinez argued in court that his job as chief negotiator for CPS was being interfered with by board members inserting themselves into active negotiations without being asked to by Martinez. According to Martinez’s attorneys, the members sat with CTU negotiators and told the teachers union team “you hold all the cards.”
