June 19th to be a school holiday? What schools are in session on June 19th? Not many that I know of. Besides the unfortunate kids of Chicago have been mostly on a school holiday for a year thanks to the Chicago Teachers Union, and the high school kids probably won’t be going back any time soon.
Just odd that a northern state where black people have always been free make this a holiday.
