If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
These kids live by social media. Setting up alternatives and chatting to them in the streets is only addressing 10% of the problem.
The social media they find most interesting and attractive is also the social media that glorifies the criminal lifestyle. Address that.
