The fly in the ointment of these oversized desktop PCs is the buildings and hardware itself. By the nature of technological development, tangible technology is obsolete before it is even placed in service. The laptop replaced the desktop in much the same way that the cell phone replaced the old Western Electic bakelite hard-wired land line telephone and Starlink replaced fiber optic cables (that are still being installed, btw).
