If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
I remember well the criticism JB leveled at Rauner for the deaths of Veterans at the Quincy Veterans home during JB’s first campaign for governor. Unfortunately JB’s own track record of taking care of our Veterans has been no better. We’ll see if the Republican candidates remember as well. I bet they do.
