A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Sorry to say he isn’t losing sleep, he knows he has beaten the system for many many years, he also knows if he’s indicted so what . Madigan is what, 75 years old he figures it would take at least 4 to 5 years to fully convict him.
