A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

The point isn’t the message–the point is name recognition. When the voters go to vote, they will recognize the name and not the stupidity. Low information but steady voters are her constituency.
