The City of Chicago is on the verge of bankruptcy. The non-minority taxpayers are fleeing the city as fast as they can and this dopey batch starts raising taxes and imposing her own version of prohibition on bars and restaurants, one of the few sources of tax revenue that she has left…

Recalling a mayor in Chicago is nearly impossible. So how about filing medical malpractice suit against the “DOCTOR” encouraging these restrictions? I’m reaching, I know. No one in Chicago is going to stand up to the mob. Cannot wait to get out of this hell hole.
I wonder if the pot stores are an essential business?
Here in Rockford the line never ends at the pot store. Additional parking is available at a restaurant across the street which has limited hours and is mostly closed. Guards are at neighboring stores to tell pot buyers they cannot park there. Huge tax’s on pot and if restaurants could charge the same amount of tax they would be considered essential. The local Woodman’s is always busy.
Politicians should be considered as non essential. We all would be better off.
