Lightfoot: It Was ‘Highly Problematic’ That Officers Who Shot Man in Englewood Did Not Have Body Cameras – WTTW (Chicago)

Lightfoot blamed former Mayor Rahm Emanuel for negotiating an agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police that blocks officers from sharing cameras. That labor agreement expired more than three years ago, and acrimony between the union that represents most rank-and-file officers and the mayor has stalled negotiations since Lightfoot’s election more than a year ago.

This was all done to spike overtime to spike Pensions.
The taxpayer is going to pay, pay and get laid.
Luxury homes in Florida for all cops, teachers and firemen.
Long hours with little take home pay for honest hard working taxpayers.
Work till your age 68, the cops retire at age 42.

Lori has decided to protect the Englewood mob and justify the looting because there were no body cameras. She’s supporting as are her aldermen blm Chicago. Remember looting is reparations. Who is surprised?

i think it is highly problematic that politicians don’t wear body cameras. My how things would be different if Madigan were wearing a camera during all his dealings.
