Longtime Englewood residents push back against police reform protesters – Chicago Sun-Times

Standing in the middle of 63rd Street, encircled by police reform protesters, a 42-year-old lifelong resident of Englewood yelled: “None of these motherf-----s are gonna be here tomorrow. That’s why I got a problem.”

Most of the BLMers were Black, not White. ?

Very few Whites live in or have businesses in Englewood. ?

Most Whites, including protesters, are scared of Englewood. ?

Good for mr smith for calling out the majority white/hippster blm hypocrites for whp they are–showing up in englwood as exploiters of poor black folks for political gain, to shoot selfies of themself in the hood for thier stupid sm posts, or who knows what. One could only imagine how easy it would be for blm activist agitators to gin-up folks into looting by spreading false rumors on sm that the guy who was shot was only 15, had no gun, etc…

This shows the tragedy of it all. Most blacks hate the trouble makers as much as anybody. But they will bear the brunt of more flight from the city, more segregation, more racism.

Maybe a crazy idea–but would it be to far of a stretch to postulate that pols, u of c, public sec unions, etc see using all the young mostly white folks behinde blm/woke as force that could eventually gentrify places like englewood and force out all the low income blacks? And turn englewood into next wickerpark, chicago into the next portland?
