Other states should not bail out states that have not managed their budgets.
Other cities should not bail out other cities that have not managed their monies properly.

Yes Lori, the Reds in Illinois and Chicago have made quite a financial mess of the place but don’t look for the rest of America to clean up the economic and riot pile of dung that you and the BLM’ers have made.

I would look to the Pritzker billions to bail you out.
