Mayor Brandon Johnson created the group through executive order Tuesday. At least 14 trans and gender-nonconforming people have been killed in Chicago since 2016. They were all Black or Latinx; were all killed in neighborhoods on the South and West sides; and in all but one case, the victims were trans women. Charges were filed in just four of the slayings.

What a gas bag. Is my math correct that there are less than two trans females per year murdered. That’s tragic. But how about the hundreds and hundreds of black males and Hispanic males. Any plan to study that problem? And good lord, you would not expect Johnson to give a hoot about any whites murdered in the City would you?

Four people charged in 14 of the murders. That is like a 28% clearance rate which is probably than the overall clearance rate for murders in Chicago.
One more fake study of a non issue from the on site CTU rep in the mayors office who not only wants to defund the police, but is actually defunding the police and trying to transfer the savings to the CTU and his other cronies. 14 people are murdered every few weeks in Chicago and he sees 14 trans murders in 9 years as an issue to study?
This is simply more leftist hysteria. If you look objectively at each of these cases, *none* were murdered solely because they were “trans”. These individuals were *deliberately* “living on the edge” to start with, e.g. “running the streets”, engaging in petty crime/drugs/hustling, in dysfunctional/abusive relationships… These are just more senseless “ghetto murders”… so “move along – nothing to see here”…

That means they were biological MEN either disguised as or chemically/surgically altered to resemble women. If any of them were prostitutes, that is and always has been a VERY high risk profession preyed upon by drug dealers and even serial killers (going all the way back to Jack the Ripper).
Given there have been nearly 6,000 murders in Chicago since 2016, and given that the percentage of the US population estimated to be transgender is .5 to 1.5%, what is the reason for this executive order to create a study group? Seems to me transgenders are killed at a rate below the rest of the population. Murder of any individual is abhorrent, but is Johnson suggesting transgenders are more valuable than non-transgenders? Is he suggesting that Chicagoans transition so they are less likely to be murdered?
It’s simply another lie, another myth, more fake news that is perpetuated by the leftists to push an agenda. Furthermore, nearly all the transgenered murdered were involved in nightwalking or drug trade which is inherently dangerous for anyone, trans or not trans. Leftists live in a world of fantasy and make-believe and they try to make you live in it too. Sorry, but it seems this minuscule, mentally ill segment of the population has created more problems than everyone else combined. You are spot – on correct. As a gay man, I find “trans” people not only sickeningly aggressive and obnoxious, but of course they are adept at “playing the victim” so as to attract attention.
