A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
What Chicago needs in a States Attorney who will prosecute violent criminals, repeat gun offenders, drug dealers and gang bangers who are in involved in 95% of the violent crime. We need a Chief Judge that will hold criminals responsible with cash bonds that will keep criminals un jail and off the streets. We need a sheriff who doesnt want to release everybody from the county jail without any requirements and these released criminals go back to terrorizing innocent citizens. Wow, more gun control. Hasn’t this issue been debated for years? Illinois already has some of the most restrictive gun control laws in the country, but most of these laws assumes the criminals are buying guns from retail stores…um, LL..they don’t. More laws on the legal purchase of firearms and ammunition only serve to restrict law abiding citizens from their right to have a gun. If you want laws that give teeth to those who illegally buy and sell firearms…ok – we are with you, I am sure every Law abiding citizen is with you all the way on that… Read more »
