A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
First step: De-certify police unions. Bonus: It creates a philosophical conflict among the remaining public sector unions. If they support the de-certification of the police union, what does that say about their belief of workers to organize? If they don’t, they’ll appear to side against the necessary reforms.
