“The incentive is $1,500, which puts Illinois in line with what other states have done already,” ABATE of Illinois’ Josh Witkowski said. “There’s about eleven other states that have electric motorcycle incentives out there... It also prioritizes low income applicants."
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
