If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
Time for the long overdue reckoning. All of the Executive Directors who caused this should be fired immediately.
Time to cut cost or raise prices, like the real word has to.
Illinois is The Land of Fiscal Cliffs. I wonder if commonplace mismanagement has anything to do with it. Mismanagement components include corruption, greed, arrogance, and not having the required skills for the job. To say Illinois taxpayers are tired of being abused like this is an understatement.
