If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
Gosh, Old Joe had to spend 6 weeks taking book work in the morning and road work in the afternoon and pass a written (in English) test and a driving test to obtain his license. Even then, I knew just enough to be dangerous.
JB’s new plan will surely be an improvement over yesteryear methods.

THe current Secretary of State must be drooling over all the potential bribe money he will be getting for issuing drivers licenses!
What this law does is make it easier for illegals to use a driver’s license as a ID to register to vote illegally. Was this the intent of the Democrats?
Who the hell pays the fee for the license?

Of course…… you know they can’t win unless they CHEAT!!!!! Their policies are HORRIBLE……just look at what is happening to chicago
