More money for paper pushers and people to drive empty buses and trains around.

Gas tax and now increase the people trying to get to work on the tollway to fund the transit authority they will never use and the buses haven’t had a fair increase for almost a decade almost sounds like Mamdani’s socialist plan

Lovely. As part of the self-immolation act that created NITA, elected Illinois political animals ceded responsibility for sales tax hikes to an unelected board comprised of friends and pals of political animals.

Wait…I thought the elected political animals solved the funding shortfall for the transit slush fund during the last session. Now they need still more?
