Nonprofit To Chase Bank: Give Chicago’s Black And Latino Neighborhoods $1 Billion – WBEZ (Chicago)

“The social contract has been broken … between the banks and the community,” said Donna Clarke, interim president and chief operating officer of Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago. Clarke said she does not intend to single out Chase — other major banks should give a billion dollars, too.
