Several restaurants in my region are staying open. Some have signs out front advertising indoor dining. Good for them.

Republicans tried to limit Pritzkers emergency powers because they saw the potential for massive U.S. Constitution abuse. Democrats just laughed and granted Pritzker limitless authority.
