A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
If ICE agents are harmed, and these students are involved, their actions may put them in serious legal jeopardy. They had better make sure that their parents and influencers have deep pockets, they may need a lot of financial help. A very stupid way to start their adult life?
God forbid that happens, but I wonder whether any of these kids/students would not only be impacted financially and criminally, but whether they would be emotionally deep enough to actually reflect on their behavior and recognize the damage it may have caused for the officers, their families and their Country. If so, they might be able to live a life that serves vs. takes.
Would be nice if they could use their limited intelligence efforts to track criminal illegals.
ICE kills
ICE Kills? That is part of the job description. Although almost always done in defense of self or others. ICE agents do not “murder” people, the deaths occur when people with lethal weapons like guns, knives, or vehicles confront agents who are armed and highly trained. At this same time the ICE agents are looking for criminals, who may also be armed and dangerous, and may take advantage of the situation to flee, ambush the ICE agents, or endanger innocent residents.
The far left socialist professors at universities need to fired. Time to stop brainwashing college students, or at least present both political sides.

I recall my own college days, the evolution through critical thinking from callow, altruistic and well meaning views into pragmatic and realistic views. I was not led by the nose by leftist professors, though surely some were. I was fortunate to have teachers who taught, not indoctrinated, which seems to be what many teachers do these days at various levels of education. Northwestern charges a lot of money for this service.
Are we supposed to believe that posting and updating this information is meant to protect illegals from ICE? Surely the innocent, hard-working illegals are diligently monitoring the student newspaper’s site, eager for the detailed descriptions of ICE agents and their vehicles. What a crock. The ICE tracker serves only one purpose- to promote interfering with federal agents enforcing the law.
These students are not learning to be journalists, they are learning to be activists. I wonder if any of them even realize a journalist reports the news, not create it. These poor kids are being led by the nose down a dead end and they can’t think clearly enough to see it.
Smug little shits. Half of them are probably on student visas. Maybe it’s time to check and see if they’re all legal
I keep thinking that perhaps these students and protesters do not understand what ICE is doing and why they are doing it. Their protests make absolutely no sense. Why would a logical thinking person disagree with controlling the boarder of the Country, removing criminals from society, deporting people who are illegally in this country. This country is not a bottomless source of funding of social programs for the world to use, choices have to be made to protect the Country and society.
