Everybody needs a side hustle these days, and mine is Ukraine, where I am now.

Why must everything in society be geared towards the lowest common denominator? It’s not privilege to have high speed internet or know how to use a computer. It’s normal. To lack these things is underprivilege. We shouldn’t gear society towards people who can’t use a computer.
The likely alternative is likely to resemble the juror assembly rooms or the DMV where you get your license or the Social Security Administration. Except we’ll line up outside AFTER finding a place to park. Great alternative for the elderly. Public employees will have a separate queue and get a paid day or two off work.
Here’s a solution: Charge $100 for the vaccine. Give all the underprivileged a hundred dollar bill. What % would show up for the vaccine?
