Opinion: Let’s do what’s right by passing the fair tax – Peoria Journal Star

"And as the President of the Peoria Chapter of the NAACP, I see the inequities people of color in our community face every day, and how our current tax system adds yet another barrier to equality...The Fair Tax will help set things right, not only creating a tax system that is fair and representative of the values we hold dear, but will also generate billions of dollars in new revenue each year that can go towards funding the critical social services our families rely on."

Wow, this is so stupid I can’t even believe it. The State has NEVER done the right thing for tax payers. NEVER. This change in tax law for the sate only provides the untrustworthy Politicians to screw you more…with impunity and without asking permission and without recourse.

This is another millionaire telling the ignorant morons that listen to him that he wants to pay more taxes???? Maybe because he’s tax exempt and will continue to gain more income than any of those who attend his service. I’ll bet he drives around in a Porsche while those in his community take the bus too!
