Pastor Corey Brooks: Obama’s legacy project offers little hope for Chicago’s South Side residents – FOX News

Split image showing the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago and former President Barack Obama."Our community doesn’t need more monuments or political nostalgia. It suffers from a culture that too often excuses personal responsibility, rewards dependency and trades faith for false political hope. ... Our children don’t need a distant tower to admire. They need mentors teaching trades, discipline, fatherhood, education and the God-given dignity of work."

No BS, no holds barred, Pastor Brooks preaches real world solutions to societal problems, no matter who he needs to criticize. No icons to him, just results and effort. Didn’t hear the word “racism” in any of his words which is quite a change.

Of course it doesn’t. This thing will have nothing but negative impact on most everything around it and will likely reach into the pocket of every Illinois tax payer to pay for it and fund the “events” and prOgrams that will use this grift. Obama never has a real solution…only platitudes and grifts.
