Dismantle CTU. They are terrorists against educating students.
The people of Illinois wanted the CTU and other unions to have the right to collectively bargain so they won’t be dismantled. Also, throwing around the “terrorists” label to anyone that disagrees with you is ridiculous. Reminds of everyone on the left throwing around the words “racists” or “dictator”. You risk those words losing all meaning.
They won’t be happy until they get ALL the money…and even then…it won’t be enough. Close it. Fire them all. Leave it closed.
