Paul Vallas: The Fate of Pedro Martinez Notwithstanding, It Is the CTU, Not Funding, Which Is the Major Obstacle to Quality Education in Chicago – Chicago Contrarian
"Mayor Johnson, his far-left supporters, and CORE leaders have declined to address the conditions in Chicago that are driving residents and businesses away — failing schools, high crime, and excessive taxes. I honestly don’t know how but I assume it takes kegislation to even allow this but Chicago needs to declare bankruptcy, assuming the CPS can’t individually do it alone somehow.
There is no fix to the CPS (or any state union) problems short disolvement of current contracts and including pension reform.
Dont want to here the contributions weren’t made or whatever. Regardless the promisese were always unattainable.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
