Are all these task forces paid positions or are they voluntary?
Ah come on Freddy you know better there’s no freebies in Illinois I bet 100,000 plus salaries off the backs of you and me.
I was hoping that these task force people were strictly volunteer like helping around church or homeless shelters-going on mission trips because of their big hearts and compassion to help the poor-less fortunate-downtrodden that the thought of taking money is akin to stealing from the offering plate or a homeless person.

Another monetary honey pot for the Homeless – Industrial Complex, which is already *more* than well – funded! Years ago I was homeless for a while, then I became a homeless services case manager. OH, the stories I could tell about the vast amounts of waste and mismanagement, the totally inept and useless people staffing these agencies. Tons of *your* taxpayer money will be sucked up by this new Pritzker initiative, and I can guarantee that this new “program” will only enable and exacerbate the homeless problem…GRRRR…!!!
Another worthless task force, oh ho hum oh we’re oh we’re is are property task force at, and let’s see it’s been 2 years since it’s establishment and still not a peep out of the 80 or so members still probably collecting a salary, oh ho hum. A state homelessness chief’s position has been created at what price 150,000 250,000 wonder who’s friend of a friend will be appointed to this worthless task force, another fleecing of the taxpayers of Illinois.
