A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
As an escapee from Chicago/Cook County I still have acquaintances there and their response to gas tax increases is “Good, we have to fix things”, or “Take a bus” not realizing that in most of the state rural areas dont have public transportation. Or the best one, “I would pay twice as much if it’s needed”. The Walking Dead in Chicago/Cook County.
