Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. Pritzker needs to be removed by any means necessary!!!! These authoritarian policies he is placing on the state are just another push to communism! We don’t want to be like California yet this fat pos is dragging us down into the trenches with him. Get him out!!!!
Since Cook County/Chicago is the place that elect our governor, US senators, and usually the EC votes for president, Pritzger believes that all of Illinois should be treated like Cook County/Chicago when in reality 99% of the counties share nothing in common, have totally different opinions about crime, taxes and everything else. Bubblehead is pandering to that area and could care less about the rest of the state. Remember, out of 102 counties Bubblehead won 9.
There are two parts of Cook county–those that go with what the city believes and those who like to think on their own and not be a cog under the Dem Ilk.
Unfortunately those of,us that think on their own are treated just like every other part of the state. We can’t win. Only way out is to leave.Pritzker is not the governor formthe whole state. He could care less about all the citizens. We are so screwed here.
