He’s driven by a lust for power, and the desire to extract vengeance from his political enemies. I may be misreading this, but the special counsel did not say Biden was perfectly innocent. He said it would be difficult to prosecute him because of his memory and cognitive issues.

There has never been any explanation of why he had those documents in the first place, being only a Senator and then only the Vice President.

The simplest explanation was that he brought it home for hunter to sell to foreign governments.
Biden stored boxes in China-funded UPenn office, which was run by Blinken, and in his Delaware home garage. Hunter had keys. Chinese had keys to UPenn office.
Report notes Biden “willfully and knowingly” took many classified documents as Senator, then many more documents as Vice President, despite knowing it was outlawed to do so.

I’m not sure what JB smells, but it sure isn’t a rat. Merrick Garland is the one who appointed the special counsel, and Merrick is Joe’s guy. We really don’t need the report to know that Joe is incapacitated, both mentally and physically. The man mumbles and stumbles his way through every day, while bumbling every issue he faces.
