Well, the majority of voters decided he was a better choice than the last Republican who believed he didn’t need to have a budget. Then the voters decided that he was a better choice than a guy that didn’t believe in any exceptions for rape or incest when it comes to abortions. He will probably get to run against that same guy in November and once again voters will need to make a choice between these two. The voters don’t need to love Pritzker but rather just like him more than whatever alternative is offered.
That and $300,000,000 will get you on a statewide ballot
